The Member Secretary, Haryana
State Legal Services Authority (HALSA) disclosed that
Haryana State Legal Services Authority had earlier launched
Legal Services Helpline on telephone number 0172-2604055 on
1.9.2009. Now a toll free helpline number
1800-180-2057
has been got installed in the Authority on 31.5.2011 for
providing legal advices to the people of Haryana State.
Any citizen desirous of legal
advice may personally visit the office of Member Secretary,
Haryana State Legal Services Authority, SCO 142-143, 1st
Floor, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh or call toll free helpline
number 1800-180-2057 for getting free legal advice for
his/her case. An official of this Authority will remain
present in the said centre from 9.00 A.M. to 12.00 O’clock
(midnight) on all working days. He will ensure the services
of an empanelled Advocate of State Legal Services
Authority/District Legal Services Authority on telephone for
legal advice to the citizens for resolving their legal
